\nThe resource will be integrated as a Process Quality Engineer in the Quality team of the Settimo Torinese Polo Tecnologico, specifically within the group responsible for the uniformity of \"traditional\" products. The candidate will mainly focus on the following activities:
\n• Data collection and definition of actions for monitoring the uniformity of measurements;
\n• Analysis of the 97.5th percentile and daily trends of force and geometry characteristics;
\n• Defective product analysis;
\n• Monitoring the repeatability of measurement machines.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
\nYou will collaborate with your tutor in:
\n• Choosing best layout to optimize tire vibrations through data collection and SPC.
\n• Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
\n• Developing quality dashboards and app to analyze tire uniformity and quality for process and product.
\n• Updating quality technical documentation for pre-production tires.
\n\n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\n• Degree in STEM
\n• English language skills
\n• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Windows
\n• Dynamism, results-oriented mindset, interest in factory operations and production processes
\n• Knowledge of MS Office, statistical principles, and SPC (Statistical Process Control)
\n• Basic knowledge of database and programming languages is a plus.
