We are looking for a Supply Officer for the Operations area who will work on interesting projects in the Aeronautic sector. Are you up for the challenge?</p><p><u>In charge of a portfolio of Suppliers, you missions are</u>:</p><ul><li>Create Purchase Orders in SAP.</li><li>Ensure the delivery of parts in compliance with the delivery planning.</li><li>Communicate with your suppliers by phone and emails to get information on regular basis.</li><li>Challenge your Suppliers to obtain better delivery date if needed (negotiation skill).</li><li>Keep the tool up to date to give the client full visibility of project progress.</li><li>Find an alternative solution to deliver on time if there is a production problem with the Supplier.</li><li>Collect and consolidate KPIs specific to your portfolio of Suppliers.</li><li>Communicate and interact with different project managers internally and at the client's premises.</li><li>Participate to escalation meetings with the client to highlight deliveries at risk and propose alternative solutions.</li><li>Resolve blockages/discrepancies (Blocked invoices, reception issues, quality issues…).</li></ul><p><b>This job will be 100% onsite in Accenture office in Sevilla (La Cartuja).</b></p>
